About Shipping & Handling Fees:
All the shipping fees are estimated by the weight. All the shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
All the parcels are shipped by CANADA POST

Please take note that sometimes boxes are dented during transit.
Kindly place an order only if you do not mind this.

GTA customer can shipped by Canada Post or Meet UP (meet up @ Pacific Mall)
Rest of the CANADA Buyers will shipped by Canada Post.

We offering 3-types of shipping methods, which is Small Packet, Expedited or Xpresspost.
Small Packet
It is the cheapest way for shipping!  No tracking# provided
Small Packet Air - USA (4-10days)
Small Packet Air - International  (6-10days)

Expedited Parcel (Offering for Canda & United States Only)
It is cheaper than Xpresspost (EMS), and safer than Small Packet.  It provided tracking#, so that you can track your order online.  And the delivery time is faster than smaller packet!

Xpresspost (EMS)
It is Fast & Safe!  It provided tracking#!  Mostly take 2-3days to delivery!

Refund or Exchange Policy:
NO REFUND, but accept Exchange* within 14days.
All items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Where items are still in the original packaging and unopened, exchanges for items of equal or lesser value may be possible (case-to-case basis)
You have to notify us by sending an email, and then you send the product(s) with original package back to us.
We will re-send the new one to you.  No extra postage cost.
*Exchange one time only. Shipping Date is the start day
